Do not return your order without this number noted on the package and invoice. When requesting this number, be sure to mention if there was an error in your order. Canvas Room will pay for return shipping on any product that was shipped in our error. Items returned as a result of customer order error will be subject to a 20% restocking fee.
Damaged goods Please make sure to inspect all packages before accepting delivery. If obvious damage is noted please note it on your delivery receipt. Ask the delivery driver to sign the receipt to verify damage. Inspect all merchandise thoroughly for any damage. If the actual item is damaged please notify us at once. We must notify our carriers with 15 days, or the carrier could deny liability. Please make sure to verify the contents of the package with your packing slip. If you notice a discrepancy in your order, notify our Customer Service at 1-270-443-1249 within 20 days of product leaving Canvas Room. Then ask for a return authorization number. Do not return your order without this number noted on the package and invoice. We will cover return shipping costs for all damaged goods.
